My name is Kristy.

I’ve recently changed my status as the GF, or partner to being the wife or “MRS.” As some would say finally, after 20 years.

I became a Mum at the youthful age of 18 and have three beautiful kids that I love with everything I have, but that doesn’t mean they don’t drive me bonkers some days.. Parenting can be hard at times, it has it’s challenges for sure but is extremely rewarding. I wouldn’t change it for the world.

I'm also a Mum to our gorgeous fur baby Kaitiaki, she's possibly better behaved and the most adorable staffy.

I’ve lived in NZ my entire life apart from a short stint of about 2 years in Australia as a young adult.

Even though I became a Mum at a young age I have always worked, starting off in hospitality then retail, I did property management for a few years before moving into a corporate role where I have been for almost 10 years.

I read a book a couple of years ago called “Good Vibes Good Life,” This has changed my view on so many things, for starters not wasting time or energy stressing on situations outside of your control. It teaches you all about vibrations and energy and basically what you put out to the universe you get back, if you want good things, visualise them as if they are already yours and don’t let anyone take that away from you.

Through a bit of soul searching, I came to the realisation, I hadn’t fulfilled my purpose on this earth. I am destined for more, something great and I don’t want to get to my last breath wishing I did more and regretting not taking the opportunity when I could.

So, I decided at 34 years old, the time is now! take the chances, put myself first for a change. I made a commitment to myself, I DO get to live the life I want unapologetically. I can see the future and it’s bright.

Be sure to give me a follow on insta, where I’ll be sharing the highs, the lows and everything in between, I will be taking more holidays, buying those shoes, and making the most of every day as if it was my last. Life's too short, so enjoy it.

Come along for the ride you won’t regret it.

Kristy xx
